Drupal support and maintenance.
For the site you already have.
Already have a Drupal website? We can help keep it updated, fix the problems that keep coming back, and work through the improvements you've been putting off. Our Minneapolis studio supports teams across the Twin Cities and Minnesota.
Talk about your Drupal siteSwitching Drupal agencies shouldn’t mean starting over.
You've put time into the site, and your team knows how to use it. We'd like to understand what works before suggesting what should change.
We take on Drupal sites built by other agencies and developers. We'll review the setup with you, look at the problems you're having, and explain what needs attention. Sometimes that's a few fixes and regular maintenance. Sometimes an upgrade or rebuild makes more sense.
We've been building for the web since 2008. We care about leaving a site easier to work with, for your team and for the people maintaining it.
Managed hosting with Pantheon, Acquia, and Upsun.
A managed host handles parts of running the platform, but Drupal and your custom features still need attention. We can work with your current host or help you decide whether a move would solve a problem.
Drupal support on Pantheon
We work with Pantheon's development, test, and live environments to prepare updates and check them before release. That includes your custom modules, integrations, caching, and plans for recovering if something goes wrong.
Acquia Cloud Platform
Already on Acquia? We can maintain and develop your Drupal site using the environments and release process you have in place. We'll agree on which work we handle and which belongs with Acquia support.
Upsun (formerly Platform.sh)
We can help with Drupal projects on Upsun, including existing Platform.sh setups. We'll review the configuration and deployment process before taking on updates or new development.
You don't need to change hosts just to work with us. Hosting subscriptions and provider support remain separate from our development work. Before we start, we'll agree on access, backups, releases, and who handles what.
Maintenance and improvements that fit the way you work.
Updates and release checks
We review Drupal and module updates, then check the site's important features in a test environment before release. Backups and a recovery plan are part of that process.
Troubleshooting and technical cleanup
If the same error keeps returning or every update feels difficult, we'd like to find out why. We look for the underlying problem, including conflicting modules and custom code nobody has documented.
Publishing and accessibility improvements
We can make publishing less fiddly, organize content, and review permissions. We also work through accessibility and performance problems that get in the way of using the site.
Custom development and integrations
Need a new feature or a connection to another system? We can build it and document how it works, so future changes don't depend on someone remembering every detail.

Understand the site before changing it.
Get to know the site
We'll talk about your priorities and review Drupal, its modules, custom code, hosting, and integrations. We'll arrange the access needed for that review with you.
Decide what comes first
We'll explain what's urgent, what can wait, and what can stay as it is. You'll also hear about any limitations that could affect the next round of work.
Plan the handover
We'll coordinate documentation and access with your team and, where possible, your previous developer. We'll agree on who handles hosting, backups, testing, and releases.
Keep working together
We'll agree on the work, how we stay in touch, and what support covers. Priorities can change as your team uses the site.
Questions about Drupal support.
Do you support sites you didn’t build?
Yes. We'll review the site before agreeing on the work. Bringing us in doesn't automatically mean rebuilding it.
What if the Drupal version or modules are outdated?
Let's take a look. Some sites need an upgrade, migration, or more immediate repairs before regular maintenance can begin. We'll explain what's needed after reviewing the setup.
Can we improve the site a little at a time?
Often, yes. If the underlying site is in good shape, we can work through improvements in stages. We'll also tell you when a larger change would make more sense.
What does ongoing support cost?
It depends on the site and the work you need. We'll review both before proposing a budget, and agree on response expectations and any urgent-support arrangements with you.
How do we get started?
Send us the website address and a little about what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like help with. Please leave passwords and access keys out of the message. We can arrange access separately.
